At a time when it seems like technology has turned the world of business upside-down (and certainly it has in many ways), it’s important to remember that the key to success in business and life has really not changed at all: success in 1937 or 2010 continues to depend not just on hard work and constant innovation, but on positive interpersonal relations.

So when I learned of an opportunity to be a part of a blogger program to spread the word about a new iPhone app featuring the timeless principles of Dale Carnegie, a pioneer in the art of interpersonal relations and personal development, I jumped on it.

At envisionGood, we cover the wide umbrella of social innovation, with an emphasis on producing content that inspires and provides insights to you, our beloved readers/viewers. Dale Carnegie was certainly a social innovator in his time. The fact that his famous book, How To Win Friends and Influence People, has sold over 15 million copies globally since its first publication in 1937 is testament also to the fact that his principles continue to be relevant today.

[Note: be sure to keep reading below to learn how you can win a copy of Carnegie's famous book.]

Great tips, some things people forget to do in this new digital world: "Don't forget to meet your audience in person as well"! Don't forget the art of writing personally handwritten notes, the goal is to use technology while remaining human and genuine! Be real and keep it going….
